The board of Caxton Builders, Caxton Joinery, and Caxton Facades approached us with a unique challenge: to create a strong, unified brand identity that could seamlessly represent all three businesses while preserving their individual identities.

As each business continued to grow rapidly, they needed a brand that would reflect their values, reinforce their strong market position, and build trust and credibility with main contractors in the construction industry. Additionally, the brand needed to attract top talent as the company expanded, along with a compelling website and a powerful LinkedIn presence to engage main contractors, specifiers, and architects.

The Destination

The new brand and the strapline “Committed to Delivering Excellence” now embody the reputation and quality of Caxton Group’s work and each business within the Group now has a distinct, recognisable brand. In 2022, we launched a new website alongside comprehensive brand guidelines and a full logo pack, giving Caxton Group all the necessary assets to implement the brand across the businesses.

This included a company LinkedIn page, branded clothing, and livery for a fleet of over 150 vehicles. The new brand and enhanced online presence contributed to a 65% increase in sales turnover from 2022 to 2023. Recruitment of high-calibre team members has been a success driven by a strong brand presence on LinkedIn. The channel has grown by 110% YoY, with posts achieving up to 41,000 impressions.
