Her unique strength is her ability to unite exceptional creative and strategic talents within the CUDOS team, to deliver outstanding design and marketing solutions that deliver results.

Meet Shannon, our Studio Manager and Senior Designer. Shannon’s organisation skills are her super-power, and juggling multiple projects, clients, deadlines and team members is where she truly excels. With a strong eye for crisp design and attention to detail, Shannon keeps all projects on brand, on time, on budget, and pixel-perfect. Shannon also initiates the monthly team creative outings to keep us all inspired and motivated, and manages everyone’s weekly professional development sessions to promote excellence in all we do.

Meet Vicky, our CIM certified marketing expert with over 25 years experience. Vicky specialises in strategic marketing and communications, content strategy and creation and digital marketing. With expertise in healthcare, automotive, and construction, Vicky works with our clients to increase brand awareness, create stand-out campaigns that demonstrate ROI and ensure your business is communicating effectively to your target audience. Her passion is creating engaging, optimised web content and elevating brands through social media channels.

Meet Jenny, our CIM/CIPR qualified marketing lead for education and public sector clients. With over 25 years’ experience in marketing and communications, Jenny has worked with local government, education and NHS organisations. She loves taking a complex situation and changing organisations and creating clear marketing and communication strategies. Jenny specialises in digital marketing and creating full service campaigns that ensure the message lands with your internal team, service users, partners and your political stakeholders while maximising your budget.

Meet Alastair, our resident graphic designer and brilliant creative. Alastair lives and breathes all things design and is particularly skillful at creating unique visual identities that ooze character and authenticity. Alastair loves pushing design aesthetics to make each piece of work as visually powerful and impactful as possible, with punchy messaging and graphics that capture the attention of the target audience. A talented illustrator and budding animator, Alastair embraces new creative skills, disciplines and software to constantly bring fresh ideas to the table.

Meet Ollie, our full-stack WordPress specialist and seasoned web developer. With over a decade of experience creating dynamic, high-performance web projects. Ollie specialises in crafting pixel-perfect, accessible WordPress solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies to meet the rigorous demands of enterprise clients. Each project is meticulously tailored to align with clients’ unique needs, ensuring both functionality and an exceptional user experience. Outside of his professional life, Ollie is an avid board game enthusiast and collector, bringing his love of strategy and creativity to everything he does.
