Sustainability

OUR SUSTAINABILITY PLEDGE

Sustainability isn’t just about the environment. In fact the definition of sustainability (yup, we looked it up) is the ability to maintain something at a certain level.

So for us, sustainability is about getting creative and maintaining it. It’s about being more eco-friendly and maintaining it. And it’s about bringing positivity and energy to our clients, our community and our chosen charities, and being able to maintain that too.

We Will:

  1. Recycle / reuse where we can
  2. Reduce travel energy with hybrid working
  3. Reduce our carbon footprint with public transport
  4. Donate studio time and fundraise for a charity each year
  5. Plant a new tree for every new client win to offset our CO2
  6. Improve mental health with weekly ‘ask me anything’ sessions
  7. Encourage healthy eating with a healthy, vegan snack box
  8. Work with suppliers who offer sustainable, eco-friendly products
  9. Commit to weekly personal development sessions to promote learning and increase energy levels
  10. Offer workshops, work experience and apprenticeships to develop the next generation of creatives in our community

Charity of the year

We’ve partnered up with local charity, Acacia Family Support, as our Charity of the Year for the second year running.

We are determined to raise much needed funds and awareness, to help Acacia continue to provide vital services to new parents suffering from debilitating pre- and post-natal depression.

As well as fund-raising, we use our own marketing channels to shout out about Acacia to raise their profile in the region, as well as donating studio time for them to market themselves more effectively, enabling them to help even more people in desperate need.

Acacia Family Support are a vital service that more people need to know about – and we believe it’s imperative that we step up and do what we can to support them.

“We are delighted to be chosen by CUDOS Creative as their Charity of the Year for a second year running! Over the past year, we have loved working with the team, they have taken the time to listen and learn about our charity and have gone above and beyond to support us, from offering complimentary design time, to raising funds through taking part in the London Marathon. Partnerships such as these play a vital role in enabling us to continue our work.”
