Revamping HR

HR Caddy are a professional, personable and passionate team of HR fixers. They support SMEs by immersing themselves in their business, giving them the solutions and reassurance to grow with confidence. Their friendly, honest and open approach to HR provides consultancy experience, with agency level expertise – something which really sets them apart. They had identified a widening gap between who they were, and what their slightly tired brand image represented – and decided it was time to address their visual identity with a vibrant brand refresh.

The Adventure

We really enjoyed getting under the skin of the HR Caddy team – they clearly have a broad spectrum of HR expertise and a passion for being the ‘HR fixers’ for growing businesses. We loved the name HR Caddy, with its golfing reference of being by your side to guide and advise. So, we decided to keep the ‘birdie’ – another golf reference for exceeding expectation – and gave them a zesty new colour palette with a modern twist on the icon and typography styling. Adding in a punchy strapline – ‘Above par HR’ – tied the concept up beautifully, giving the golfing reference greater context and highlighting their drive to go above and beyond for their clients.

The Destination

HR Caddy received a complete brand toolkit to launch their new brand, with social media banners, stationery, brand guidelines and a complete logo pack. The rebrand coincided with a new office move, giving them the opportunity to splash the branding around their new modern space, marking an exciting new phase in their business growth. The whole team love their new identity which gives them a much needed clear and consistent brand image which stands out from their competitors, capturing the essence of the HR Caddy vision and values, and reflecting the vibrant, ambitious businesses they really want to support.
