Elevating Healthcare

Meet Optimised Care; a group of unstoppable orthopaedic surgeons on a mission to shake up elective healthcare. Known for clinical excellence on the operating table, when it came to branding, they didn’t know where to start.

So it was time for us to scrub in. We quickly diagnosed no-brand-itis and kicked-off with our clarity-inducing discovery workshop to get under the skin (and behind the mask) of these specialist surgeons. After weeks of research, scribbling, doodling and idea-bouncing, we presented a juicy mood board of ideas and concepts to showcase Optimised Care’s market positioning and differentiators.

The Adventure

With a surgical reputation built on trust, the visual identity and messaging needed to ooze credibility.  We created a simple but striking design to illustrate choice, innovation and excellence. We chose a fresh, welcoming colour palette, combining teal (in a nod to healthcare) with warm golden tones to add energy, vibrancy and differentiation. We introduced the idea of ‘Get better’ for a punchy and thought-provoking strapline. And we crafted straight-talking but supportive copy, choosing language and rhetoric to echo their values of efficiency and care.
