Redefining Sales Training

Tenacity are expert sales training specialists, combining the skills, experience, and psychology to develop a world class mindset. With the slogan ‘Be Phenomenal’, it is no surprise Tenacity have enjoyed exponential growth in the medical sales sector, and are now looking to continue to build on this success.

With a brand that was created through their start-up phase, Tenacity felt now was the time to invest in a powerful and exciting new identity that better reflected their ambition for the business, and the incredible results their unique training brings to their customers.

The Adventure

With so much energetic and compelling messaging to work with, this was a dream project to get stuck into! Tenacity needed an identity that was clean, sleek and sharp, pitching them as leaders in their field, unafraid to shake up the ‘norms’. We created a logo with a simple upward arrow with the central ‘A’ coming to a sharp point and slicing through the wordmark, with letters balancing perfectly on either side.

This symbol was designed to represent breaking through barriers, disrupting thought processes, and embracing personal growth. The symbol is beautifully adaptable, enabling us to build it into a suite of branded graphics to support their messaging and create marketing collateral that maintains their brand energy.

We came to Cudos Creative armed with bags of enthusiasm but absolutely no idea of how to capture our vibe in our branding! Kate has a wonderful, easy-going manner and asks great questions – we felt she really listened and got to know our business and our personality quickly. We felt that Kate genuinely wanted to nail our identity and for us to be delighted with our branding. Guess what? We are!

The Destination

Tenacity have a logo, brand guide, stationery, social banners and supporting icons to relaunch their brand and take their business to the next level. The new visual identity shows them as absolute professionals – dynamic, effective, and trustworthy.

They have the tools to brand up all their key touch points, showcasing their high energy approach through all their marketing with consistency, and attracting the people and businesses they really want to work with. For Tenacity, the future is Phenomenal!
