The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a pioneering, forward-thinking education Trust with over 24 schools under their banner, and a determination to truly put children at the heart of everything they do. They boldly embrace innovative ways to enhance the learning experience for their children, such as their ground-breaking Learning Futures initiative which saw every single child receive an iPad, their impressive Support Services which gives all their schools access to a rich pool of resources, and their people strategy to attract and retain amazing people to deliver the ATLP vision and values. With so much to communicate across the ATLP they needed a unified approach to internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand identity to really showcase their greatness.

The Adventure

Through our Partner Package, we provided strategic brand management and communication support. We developed a structured brand hierarchy and identity guide to ensure consistency across all messaging, alongside custom templates, newsletters, presentations, and digital content to streamline both internal and external communications. We worked closely with their leadership team to refine their internal communications, reinforcing the feeling of ‘one trust’ across all schools through regular newsletters, and building a beautifully branded intranet to provide a cohesive and accessible platform for staff communication.

Through our work with CUDOS, we are able to portray our core principles and values through our branding and messaging that has brought clarity and consistency to how we are seen externally.
